What I do

I translate texts from German into English. I have translated texts from the liberal arts (such as history, philosophy, art and art history), business, and on occasion the natural sciences.

I also edit, copyedit, and proofread texts written in English by non-native speakers. These include academic and scientific articles intended for publication in specialist journals as well as writing by students, such as Master's theses and Doctoral dissertations.

 My competence in writing, editing, and translating enable me to produce English texts of maximum effectiveness, accuracy, and elegance.
